Join FSA employees from across Minnesota as we gather for our annual convention. Once again, the MNASCOE Convention will be held jointly with MACS.

Haven’t Attended the MNASCOE Convention Before? Enter the Contest!!!
In an effort to promote attendance at the Annual MNASCOE Convention the Board of Directors has approved a “1st Timer’s Contest”. Any MNASCOE member that has NEVER attended the MNASCOE Convention has a chance to win $50. One prize will be awarded per district (7 total). All you need to do is submit your interest in attending to Kayla Mattson – or by March 3rd. A drawing will be held and the winner will be notified March 6th.
Please consider attending the convention. There is a wealth of information presented by the MNASCOE Board, representatives from the Midwest Area, MN State Office Leadership as well as benefit information. The MNASCOE Board of Directors and Committee Chairpersons enjoy the opportunity to meet all members, share information, network and celebrate everything that is MNASCOE/NASCOE.

Each year the states of the Midwest Area (MWA) gather to conduct business and enjoy fellowship with other NASCOE members. Each of the states in the Midwest Area take turns holding the rally.
The 2017 Midwest Area Rally is hosted by OASCOE of Ohio.

Meet FSA Employees from throughout the country at the annual NASCOE Convention. This year’s convention is hosted by MASCOE of Missouri and is located in Historic St. Charles, Missouri.
NASCOE Convention First Timer’s Contest
The First Timer’s Contest will award a $500 scholarship to an eligible NASCOE member from each area to help defray the cost of attending the NASCOE Convention in St. Charles, Missouri, August 2 – 5, 2017. Applicants must submit a one-page essay of 500 words or less explaining to the judging panel why they want to attend the convention.
Applicants must be regular NASCOE members in good standing. Applicants must have never attended a NASCOE national convention. Winners must attend the 2017 NASCOE Convention in St. Charles, Missouri and be present for all general sessions and the awards banquet. Failure to meet the attendance requirement will result in forfeiture of the scholarship and a full refund of $500 will be required.
Essays must be submitted via email to by April 1, 2017. Email subjects should contain the applicant’s last name as well as their area (Example: Rater-SWA) and the essay should be attached as a Microsoft Word document or PDF. Also, all essays should include a heading including the applicant’s name, county office and state, and area.
